4. Booking, Deposits, and Payment Terms

Where applicable, service work may require a signed agreement, deposit, approved scope, or all three before work begins.

Unless different terms are approved by 2Reel Music Entertainment LLC in writing:

• a 50% deposit is generally required to book or begin service work
• final balance for creative or deliverable-based work is due before final unwatermarked delivery
• final balance for event-based work is due by the event date unless otherwise approved in writing
• final files, final deliverables, and unpaid future services may be withheld until payment has been received and cleared

5. Scope of Work and Deliverables

Any project, booking, or service relationship is limited to the scope expressly approved in writing. Anything not clearly included is excluded.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, the following are not automatically included:

• raw files
• unedited images or footage
• session files
• stems
• source files
• project files
• additional revisions beyond the approved scope
• extra deliverables not originally quoted or confirmed

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in a quote, invoice, agreement, or written approval, the default standard is one reasonable revision round.

Additional revision rounds, major creative redirection, added services, new deliverables, expanded edits, or work materially beyond the approved scope may require additional approval, revised pricing, and revised timing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, names, logos, visuals, audio, video, layout elements, design elements, downloadable materials, and other original content, is owned by or used with permission by 2Reel Music Entertainment LLC unless otherwise stated.

No ownership right, license, publishing right, distribution right, release right, usage right, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property is granted by your use of the Site unless expressly stated in writing.

You may not use the company's brand assets, artist materials, media, or creative content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
